Aprons

This was a year of apron gifts. My mom made one for each of us, except herself, of course.
Elsa and I couldn't believe our eyes as, one after another, we opened ours. Earlier in the fall, we had decided that our mom really needed a lovely, feminine apron. I could do some stitching for the top and she would provide the structure. We took the inspiration from a set of toile tablecloths that my mom made for a wedding last summer.


So everyone got an apron this year.
